Zhejiang Frank Morini New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the operator of the FRANK MORINI application (hereinafter referred to as the application), respects and protects the privacy of all users. In order to provide you with accurate and personalized services, this application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. We treat your data with utmost caution and will not disclose it to third parties without your prior consent, except as described in this article. This privacy policy is an integral part of FRANK MORINI's Terms of Service. Agreeing to the terms of service means that you accept this privacy policy.
1. Scope of Application
(a) Personal registration information (e.g., username, email) provided when creating a FRANK MORINI account;
(b) Device and browser information automatically collected during App usage, including but not limited to IP address, browser type, language, access time, hardware/software characteristics, and interaction data;
(c) User data obtained legally from partners.

Sensor information
OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier)
Location data
Purposes of collection:
(d) Our product integrates Google Maps SDK. The Google Maps SDK needs to collect your Android ID, device serial number, and sensor information to provide you with better map navigation services.
(e) Location data is accessed by the app to enable map display, positioning, navigation, and related services.
(f) When you use the map function, we will obtain your OAID and provide it to Google Maps for use.
(g) When you use the map function of this app, in order to provide you with continuous navigation and normal reminders, we need to use the auto-start service. If you do not need this function, you can disable auto-start in Settings > Apps > Auto-start management.
This Policy does NOT apply to:
(a) Keywords entered in the App's search function;
(b) Publicly shared information (e.g., activity participation records, transaction details, reviews);
(c) Actions taken by the App due to your violation of laws or the FRANK MORINI Terms of Service.
2. Use of Information
(a) The Company will not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to unrelated third parties unless:
You explicitly authorize such disclosure;
The third party collaborates with Zhejiang Frank Morini New Energy Co., Ltd. (or affiliates) to provide services, and access is revoked upon service termination.
(b) If third parties illegally collect or disseminate your data, FRANK MORINI reserves the right to terminate their access immediately.
(c) To enhance services, we may use your information to send relevant updates (e.g., product notifications, partner offers), strictly based on your consent
3. Information Disclosure
Your information may be disclosed in the following cases:
(a) With your explicit consent;
(b) To fulfill services requiring third-party collaboration;
(c) As mandated by law or governmental/legal authorities;
(d) To address violations of Chinese laws or the FRANK MORINI Terms of Service;
(e) To resolve intellectual property disputes (e.g., disclosing complainant details to respondents);
(f) During transactions to facilitate completion or dispute resolution;
(g) Other legally permissible circumstances.
4. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfers
Information collected by FRANK MORINI is stored on servers operated by Zhejiang Frank Morini New Energy Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. Data may be transferred globally, subject to the laws of the destination jurisdiction.
5. Use of Cookies
(a) If enabled, Cookies allow personalized services (e.g., login persistence, recommendations).
(b) You may disable Cookies via browser settings, but certain App features may become unavailable.
(c) This Policy governs data collected via FRANK MORINI-set Cookies.
6. Data Security
(a) FRANK MORINI accounts are protected by encryption and security measures. However, no system is entirely immune to risks.
(b) Exercise caution when sharing personal data during transactions. If your account is compromised, contact support immediately: admin@franco-morini.com
7. Policy Updates
(a) Updates to this Policy will be published within the FRANK MORINI App and on our official website (http://www.bms16.com/).
(b) Zhejiang Frank Morini New Energy Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Policy. Material changes will be announced via website notices.
